This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for courses, workshops, and training programs offered by Dream True Academy.

Purpose:

• Ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.
  
  

• Provide clear guidance to participants regarding refunds.
  
  

• Comply with Meta Ads policies and consumer protection norms.
  
  

Important Notice:
This is a Beginner’s Foundation Course. We clearly mention at multiple places that the course is intended for beginners.

• Participants should only enroll if they are willing to learn from the basics.
  
  

• Claims such as “I already knew this content” or “I am experienced, so I should not pay” will not be considered valid for refunds.
  
  

• Our aim is to provide confident learning to those who need the foundation; this course is not for advanced users.
  
  

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

1. The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of enrollment.
   
   

2. The participant has not accessed course materials, recordings, or attended live sessions.
   
   

3. The participant must provide valid proof of payment (transaction ID / screenshot).
   
   

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1. The participant has attended any live class or accessed recordings.
   
   

2. The participant has downloaded course materials, templates, or bonuses.
   
   

3. Refund requests made after 48 hours of enrollment.
   
   

4. Dissatisfaction due to personal reasons such as:
   
   

   • Lack of time to attend classes.
     
     

   • Already having prior knowledge of the subject.
     
     

   • Expectation mismatch with beginner-level curriculum.
     
     

To request a refund, participants must:

   • Course Name
     
     

   • Date of Enrollment
     
     

   • Transaction ID / Payment Proof
     
     

   • Reason for Refund
     
     

3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 2–3 business days.
   
   

4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
   
   

• Dream True Academy is not responsible for individual results; outcomes vary based on consistency, effort, and application of learning.
  
  

• Enrollment indicates acceptance of this Refund Policy and all Terms & Conditions.
  
  

• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Faridabad, India].
  
  

Q1. Can I get a refund if I didn’t like the course content?
👉 Refunds are only available within 48 hours of enrollment and before accessing course materials.

Q2. What if I already knew some of the material?
👉 No refunds will be given for prior knowledge claims, since this is a Beginner’s Foundation Course.

Q3. How long does it take to receive my refund?
👉 Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Q4. Can I request a partial refund?
👉 No, refunds are either approved in full (within conditions) or not issued.
